Standard Session — 60 minutes
What you get:
A full hour in a focused, one-on-one space where we dive into your current experience (emotions, patterns, physical sensations, relationships)
Grounding and somatic awareness
Strategies tailored to your nervous system, executive functioning, and ADHD/sensory sensitivities
Time to check in, process, reflect, and plan next steps
Ideal for:
Your regular weekly or bi-weekly check-in
Life transitions (new child, new job, change in relationship)
Addressing stress, overwhelm, recurring themes
Keeping momentum in healing

You leave with something practical: new insight, coping tool, body awareness
Consistent support— so your nervous system learns safety
Incremental shifts that build up over time
Extended Session — 90 minutes
What you get:
Extra time for deeper work: exploring roots of issues, somatic processing (e.g., body tension, pelvic floor, gut discomfort tied to stress), and multi-layer patterns
Opportunity to pause and track physical sensations, emotional waves, and nervous system responses
Space to integrate what emerges— fewer things get left unfinished
A wrap-up that specifically addresses “what’s next” so you don’t leave feeling suspended
Resourcing and stabilization: expanding your ability to feel grounded and safe while processing difficult material. You’ll learn to connect with calming sensations, supportive imagery, and body-based tools that help regulate your nervous system and build resilience.
Ideal for:
Complex trauma work— where there are patterns across time, body history, emotional inheritance
Sessions where you anticipate deeper emotional access, somatic release, integration
When you’re ready to move from “just coping” to “deeper transformation”
Benefits:
More time means you’re less rushed — more space for meaningful processing
You can work on both present-day issues and underlying layers
Greater integration leads to stronger neural and body-mind shifts
Intensive Session — 120 minutes (for deep trauma & integration)
What you get:
Two hours dedicated to major dives: e.g., unpacking relational/attachment trauma, somatic trauma release, working through nervous system regulation across history and present
Time for more somatic interventions, body awareness, slower pace
A structured closure: grounding rituals, planning for nervous system–friendly tasks, recovery strategies
Ideal for:
When you sense you’re at a tipping point and ready to lean into transformation
Multi-layer trauma (attachment, childhood, generational)
When your body is sending you messages (painful gas/loose bowels during stress, pelvic floor tension, sleep nightmares) and you’re ready to respond in a holistic way
Benefits:
Space for profound shifts, not just surface coping
Time to bridge body, mind, and spirit
Allows us to acknowledge and integrate the spiritual/emotional layers

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid day of session.
